Pulled Pork Burgers

Ingredients

  • 4 big burger buns
  • Butter for spreading
  • 4 rashers streaky bacon, fried until crisp
  • 1 big red onion, sliced and fried in the bacon fat
  • About 12 butternut or sweet potato chips or wedges
  • 450 – 500 g (about 1,5 cups) cooked, pulled pork 
  • 50 ml chutney (optional) 
  • Salt and pepper 
  • Fresh coriander leaves  (optional)

Method

Spread the inside of the buns with butter. Fry bacon and onions and keep warm. Stack the burger filling by piling the warm pulled pork, butternut chips, bacon and onions on the bottom bun half. 

Season with salt, pepper and chutney and sprinkle with coriander leaves. Keep all the filling ingredients nice and hot for a maximum stress-release tasty bite! 😊
