6. Competitions and Online Entries
6.1 Eligibility
Competitions are open to residents of South Africa, aged 18 years and over, except employees of SA Pork and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
6.2 Entry Requirements

6.3 Competition Period

6.5 Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be chosen by a lucky draw/random draw by a third party from all valid entries received. Winners will be notified via phone or social media within 14 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, SA Pork reserves the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
6.6 Claiming Prizes
Winners must claim their prize by responding to the notification within 14 days. The prize distribution will be organized when we contact the winner.
6.7 Data Privacy
Personal data supplied during the course of any competition will only be processed as set out in SA Pork’s Privacy Policy.
6.8 Disqualification
SA Pork reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not comply with these terms and conditions.
6.9 Limitation of Liability
SA Pork accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason and is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with the competition.
6.10 Technical Issues
SA Pork is not responsible for technical issues or human error that may result in an entry not being received or being incorrectly recorded.
6.11 Publicity
By entering a competition, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
7. Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SA Pork does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
